Paidwen answers before each action, and your agent acts itself.
Before each action your agent takes, the Paidwen SDK asks Paidwen whether the action may run, and applies the answer. Your agent then performs the action itself, with its own keys. Paidwen never performs an action for your agent and never holds your tool keys.
You remain responsible for your agents and their settings.
- You are responsible for the actions of your agents, and for the rules, permissions, budgets and approval groups that you set.
- Paidwen sees only what passes through its SDK. An action that does not pass through the SDK escapes Paidwen.
- You keep your agent keys and admin keys secret. Whoever holds a key acts in the name of its agent or of its organization. You revoke a key that leaked.
- You are responsible for the people you invite to your organization and for their roles.
Plans are subscriptions in US dollars.
- Each plan includes the events and the journal retention shown on the pricing page, at the prices shown there. The Starter, Scale and Business plans are monthly or yearly, and a year costs less than twelve months.
- The Free plan stops at its monthly limit of events, with no overage. Until the next month, Paidwen no longer answers, and the SDK applies the choice you set: block or allow.
- The Starter, Scale and Business plans bill the events beyond the included ones on the first day of the next month. Paidwen never bills an event beyond the cap that you set on your invoice.
- You can change plans or cancel in Settings, then Plan. A change of plan is prorated. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your organization moves to the Free plan.
- The refund policy says when a payment is refunded.
You keep all rights to your data.
You keep all rights to the data that your agents and your people send to Paidwen. You give Paidwen the right to process it to run the service, as the privacy policy describes.
You must not use Paidwen to attack anyone or to bypass its limits.
You must not use Paidwen to attack Paidwen or anyone else, to bypass the quotas or the security of the service, or to control agents that you have no right to run.
Paidwen is provided as is.
Paidwen works to keep the service available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. When Paidwen does not answer within the SDK's timeout, 3 seconds by default, the SDK applies the choice that you set: block by default, or allow.
Paidwen's liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the last twelve months.
To the extent permitted by law, Paidwen's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim. Paidwen is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits or lost data, nor for the actions of your agents.
You can leave at any time, and Paidwen can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
You can cancel your plan and stop using Paidwen at any time. Paidwen can suspend an organization that breaks these terms, with notice when possible.
A change that reduces your rights applies 30 days after its publication.
Paidwen publishes each new version of these terms on this page, with its date. Write to the seller's email above for any question about these terms.
