Paidwen stores the data of your account, your repositories and your verifications.

  • The login, numeric identifier, name and avatar URL of each GitHub user who signs in.
  • The GitHub accounts and organizations where the app is installed, with their plan.
  • The name, visibility, default branch and settings of each repository, with the names of its journeys.
  • The number, title, author, branch names and commit identifiers of each verified pull request, with the agent detected.
  • The verdict lines, the result of each journey, the durations, the events of each run and the link to the video artifact.
  • The Lemon Squeezy identifiers, the plan, the status and the dates of your subscription.
  • A hash of the session token of app.paidwen.com.

Paidwen never stores your code, your secrets or your videos.

Paidwen never stores your source code, your secrets, your model keys, your videos or your screenshots. Your code, secrets and videos stay in your GitHub Actions runner and in your GitHub account.

Paidwen reads the description and the commit messages of a pull request to detect agent pull requests, and keeps only the marker found, such as a Co-Authored-By line.

Paidwen uses the data to run the service and to bill it.

Paidwen uses the data to verify your pull requests, post the verdicts, show the dashboard, count the verified pull requests of your plan, bill your subscription and keep the service secure.

The legal basis is the performance of the contract with you. Security logs rely on the legitimate interest of Paidwen in protecting the service.

Paidwen uses no analytics cookie and no advertising cookie.

paidwen.com sets one cookie, lang, when you choose a language in the footer. app.paidwen.com sets one session cookie after you sign in with GitHub, and the lang cookie when you choose a language.

Paidwen keeps the data while the GitHub App is installed or a subscription is active.

After a deletion request, Paidwen deletes your data within 30 days, except the billing records that the law requires to keep.

You can access, correct, delete or export your data.
